Calling groups: Students are given a platform at any time of the lesson to express their feelings about an issue or something positive they want to comment on. Constant reflection and can be done at any time.

Questions asked to teammates:
1. Do they understand the role in their team?
2. Are they okay with this?
3. what do they expect from the team throughout the season?

Ask Ss to choose a word, a colour and a picture that better express/explain their experience. Why did they make these choices?
