         <description><![CDATA[<div>One new concept that I learned from the article was the ACE pyramid.  This was an informational visual that helped me understand the long term effects of ACE.  I also learned about some of the different traumas that someone can experience and how a teacher should handle a student's behavior because of them.  One strategy it suggested was that teacher's should not give consequences for inappropriate behavior.</div>]]></description>

We need to model behavior so students learn by example.
