The fun fact is that this course provide me interesting subject, communication, which is useful in both sides, professional and personal.

when i will start my career after diploma, i would meet new people from different backgrounds. Understanding their culture, using effective communication is key to build strong relationship.

• Active listening show to engagement in conversation, respect and passing correct message without judgement.

• On the other hand, writing, beneficial for preparing transactions, sending emails to customer. Teller job requires there two skills to accomplish positive results towards work.

• communication skills- communication is first step of success. effective communication is necessary in customer service job.

• technological skills- i have enough knowledge about word, excel and power point, which are helpful to record daily transaction. 

• Accounting knowledge- It is easy to make transactions if you have basic math skills.

Weakness

• collaborate with team- collaborating with team lead to the healthy environment.

• activeness- although i have knowledge of basic math and accounting, but activeness is important on workplace.

Recently, i am persuaing a business course, which focus on cash and investment as well as introductory accounting.

• 6- 14 weeks- there are courses called couresea and edx, which pay attention to personal banking and also offers by many financial institute and university to grow your career.

• Canadian Securities institute: this certificate covers the customer service for financial institutions, financial product. it is also related to Canadian policies and laws.

• Investment funds in Canada: this certificate is beneficial for tellers as they can easily answering the inquiries about mutual investing.

• self practice- self practice is necessary in every field. preparing resume and applying for bank teller job.

verbal and non verbal

• Verbal communication- is a way of sharing information to other person through words. Verbal communication is in two ways; oral and written. oral: reading, communicating with others. However, written, such as letters, email, or even text messages.

• Non verbal communication- is included gesture, touch, facial expressions and proximity. Body language can reinforce your spoken message or it can contradict it entirely. Responding in communication through non verbal way can reflect your interest in it.

• Empathy is crucial in effective conversation to show interest.

• Simple and clear communication is also help to prevent misunderstanding.

In order to overcome from conflict, its important to give feedback, so that right actions can taken to improve it. By handling different people and situations helps to understand the sceneraio from different situation.

In bank teller job Interpersonal Strategies and Skills are necessary because of meeting new people everyday, new situation everyday.

In screening interview is basic step to know a little knowledge regarding candidate. it conducts on the brief phone call, to know the persons interest in this specific job or the new candidate is aware about job requirements. The purpose to weed out unacceptable candidates.

However in selection interview, HR team here hire the effective candidate for job, by questing their background, previous experience as well as providing some work sample. This interview is conducted in person in the employer's office. The purpose of this interview to select right candidate and some time for improving hiring decision because sometime the interview may be conducted by the future supervisor.
