I love this idea as it eliminates the need for the teacher to be constantly giving feedback and insteads allows us to step back and be listening. Listening to the conversations and picking out what students mention being confusing, finding those students who grasp the concepts and can teacher other students, and really allowing you as the teacher to get a pulse for where your class is at.
