         <description><![CDATA[<p>-Should be physically active for at least 3 hours which can be accumulated throughout the day</p><p>-This can include light activity such as standing up, moving around and playing</p><p>-For children 2 to 5 years of age, sitting and watching television and the use of other electronic media (DVDs, computer and other electronic games) should be limited to less than one hour per day.</p><p>-All children birth to 5 years should not be sedentary, restrained, or kept inactive, for more than one hour at a time, with the exception of sleeping.</p><p>-Aerobic activity should make up most of your child's 60 or more minutes of physical activity each day (moderate intensity)</p><p>-Be sure to include vigorous-intensity aerobic activity on at least 3 days per week.</p>]]></description>
