Octopuses are (like squids) high in protein, vitamins, and other metals like iron, sodium and zinc. Octopus is quite squishy, so if you have sensory issues, it may not be an ideal choice. There's also the risk of octopuses having mercury and arsenic. They also count as shellfish, so if you have a shellfish allergy (like meee) it's best to decline.
