The fact that I have become accustomed to expensive clothing and vacations makes me think materialism values are different. Although materialism is not the same, I do think individualism has not changed much because many people try to make themselves stand out, just like in the Renaissance. Too add on, Skepticism has pretty much stayed the same because many people do still challenge current ideas.  On the contrary, Intellectualism has changed due many people having different opinions and views on the existence of god.
