The goal is to have an outline and activities that are ready to go next year that weave writing throughout all subjects which will allow for modifications for students of all abilities to access content material while feeling successful with writing.

I have not quite narrowed down specifics, I am leaning towards the use of Cornell Notes. I want to learn to use them more and utilize them as a student led model. This will help my students organize their thoughts to summarize and I can scaffold off of their work.
