The owner and her family very kind and the assistant so sporting make my day very happy and enjoy during work here without stress even sometime I have many work to do and little bit tired but I still can do my work with happy.

He come here because he have some work to do in the nearest place that why he choose Sofea Inn. The Sofea Inn offer the pick up service in the airport because Sofea Inn near with the airport. 
That make the Sofea Inn get more customer for another country. I just clean the room as usually to make sure the room clean and tidy. I also clean the toilet like before to make the toilet always clean. 
After he arrived and register, I ask what he want eat and he just want to eat outside. So, we no need to cook. After register I give the key, so that he can rest, take the shower and more. I clean the toilet and mopped the floor.. I also sweep the floor to make the room clean and not have the dust.. Change the bedsheets and tower to the fresh one. This is as a prepared if have some customer walk in want to check in here. So, we not need to worry because the room, the equipment are enough, the room clean and the bedsheets also clean. Before I put the new towel, I must fold the towel and the bedsheets and pillowcase based on what Puan Norlida show and tell.. They used the Booking.com to book their room. When they arrived, I tell them to register first and after finish register I ask them whether them want to eat or not and they decide they want have a dinner... After clean the room, I have to change the bedsheet with the fresh one and install it properly to make sure it look tidy. I also have to wash and make sure the bedsheet and pillowcase are dry by use the place that provided. For the breakfast, Puan Norlida have make the fried rice for us. I also must check the drinking water in the room always full and the glass are clean.. Next, I help Puan Norlida prepare the breakfast which is fried kuew tiow and I eat it before I do my work.. When we have the customer, they must register first and I give the key of the room that they want or some customer already book their room through Agoda or Booking.com so I just give the key based on the room that they need. I also clean toilet to make the sure the toilet not smelly and keep it clean to avoid the customer complain or think negative about the Sofea Inn and they also can give the bad feedback for Sofea Inn service... After finish clean the room, I change the bedsheets, pillowcase and the towel that have been used and change it with the new one.. The dirty bedsheets and towel that I collect, I wash it use the washing machine to make it clean and smell nice.. After done wash, I put the bedsheets and tower in the place to make it dry and I can put it back to room.. Next, I feel so excited and happy when I know the customer from France come to check in because I can see, speak with them and know about them for a while.. When they come, they must register first and after it done they can check in to their room.. Before they check in, I ask them what kind of meal that they want to food for dinner, tea and breakfast. After know the food that they want, I let Puan Norlida which is the owner know and we together prepare the food.. I help serve the food and setting the table after Puan Norlida tell me what thing that I need to do and the ways to make it properly..

I also get the opportunity to go in the kitchen to make the chicken chop because there have request from the student and teacher..  I can see and know the process to make chicken chop, chicken rice and more... I can learn a new things and get a new knowledge from that.. The owner give some briefing about the thing that I need to do, she also show me the room that she provided in the Sofea Inn. She also tell me what time I should come which is at the 8.00 am but sometimes I go there early and I usually finished work at 5.00 pm but depends on the work if have lot of work or have the customer check in in the night I wil back at the night after finish all my work there. In this day, I also get the opportunity the change the bedsheet and I also know how to install bedsheet properly, clean the room, sweep the floor and clean around the room to make sure that place tidy and clean. The Sofea Inn not have many worker because this business are run by her family and they have 10 rooms. They provided the space for customer eat, play, parking, wireless connection which is WiFi in the each room and offer the car service for the customer.
