         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>1- Balloons inflate when in warm/hot water, particles within the bottle gain kinetic energy from the surrounding water due to temperature gradient between the two. Excited particles vibrate more vigorously leading to the pressure of the gas increasing via collisions with the container wall. pressure is directly proportional to volume for a fixed amount of gas thus the internal volume of the balloon increases as the balloon expands.<br><br>Possibly reflecting how certain construction materials may expand and contract in different weather conditions.</div>]]></description>
