 Briefing with HR about the hotel and my duty
  • Divided by three department 
    • 1. Cinta Ayu Cafe
    • 2. Banquet
    • 3. Qing Palace Services
  • Firstly, The HR officer, Ms Syafiqah teach me to punch card . So everytime before i go to work and before go back from work must punch card at the time being told .
  • Ms Syafiqah shows the department were going to do my duty
  • i got a Qing Palace Service . But i cannot enter todo my duty because  i wear a kitchen wear not service wear . 
  • so my supervisor instruct me to help banquet department. 
  • first thing i do in department banquet is doing a preparation for tomorrow meal for staff canteen
  •  i got to peel the potato and cut a vegetable and wrap and send to chiller
  • the supervisor instructed me to look at the canteen to make sure the food is enough to the staff and refill when the food empty
  • then, supervisor instructed me to send the food to the Qing Palace with the boogy
  • For the first day i back home at 5.00 pm

5:30pm-10:30pm
  • Go to canteen for a lunch (11:00am) and dinner (5:30pm) before working hours .
  • Not many customer come because of Covid-19
  • The supervisor do some training for new staff and intern . We do such as , table d'hote , how to serve customer and make a juice. 
  • Before going back to home i must send the dirty tablecloth to the laundry room.

  • The supervisor told me to be a hostest at the restaurant 
  • I must to tell customer to sanitize their hand  before they get in to restaurant.
