In the videos that I uploaded it is not as perceptible, maybe because I was aware that I was recording. When I am walking more distracted I automatically do that and I suddenly realize I am opening my foot... My husband says that sometimes when we are at an open space and there's people around he can still tell where I am by my walking.

I was still very focused on how I put my feet down when I step, which I think I'm always thinking about a little - heel to foot to toes. And at some point I performed a split (see image below if you are not familiar with the term) while I was not warm enough so I injured the ligaments of my hip rotator---or something.. This is self diagnose hahaha....it was small enough that I did not have to go to the doctor, but real enough to have felt something in my right hip joint changing, at the moment it was happening,  and it changed how I walk for ever! So crazy!... and now sometimes my knee and the tissue of my foot sole can hurt a bit because of the repetition of this opening of the foot.
Even if I am lying down in a completely rested position, my right leg will turn out a little...

-When there's no snow, Ramona just stops and looks around. Rather than shush her, I've been stopping with her and looking.

Walking tutorial:
-Go for a walk and stop every block or so and pause. Look around (forward, to the side, behind you). Feel the wind. Don't worry about where you're going. 
-Then have someone carry you a take you back home (ha! joke - only when she reallyyy won't walk again). 
-Continue walking very slowly (like you're sliding on the shoreline of a quiet beach) 
-Pick up your pace to a normal speed
