- whos problem is it (When you call it a problem, is this something that the display makers need to solve? Maybe clarify who the problem relates to.)
- Amy: By the end of the initial intro, my main understanding is that cultural attitudes and behaviours can create problematic and unexpected relationships among multiple users and -- ultimately -- inhibit user use.
However, the next paragraph drops the idea of culture and focuses on the idea of the traditional one-user situation.
- context of the display use: (You mention the need to respect protocol, and then go on to give the example of cultural norms might lead a person to behae in a different way..it feels like you are about to go into a very specific context in which you are studying these displays.)

Traditional introduction:
