This brings about the theme of happiness vs truth/freedom. I chose this example because it shows how happiness in Huxley's world is brought about by forcing people to like what they have been told to do. It shows that they have no say in what they do with their lives, but are coerced into enjoying it.

Word: home
In Huxley's world, 'home' does not exist. It is seen as something barbaric that the people of the past did, and it is something horrible that the people do not wish upon themselves. Similarly, there is no 'family'. This ties into the concept of individuality, where the people are all solitary and have no tie with anyone else.
