It was done virtually, but it wasn't edited terribly, so it didn't take away from the experience at all. I personally felt like I was watching a play in a theatre. I also loved that the characters were likeable. I thought in the beginning that the "mean ghost" wasn't as mean as he was supposed to be. He just seemed lonely, and wanted to talk with her. At the end though, the ghost was meaner at the end, when he said he would haunt her for the rest of her life.
