- Woman in the 1950's/60's to present day have been objectified to advertise  make things "look good" (appeal to men)
- Women are often payed less than men doing the same job, such as acting. Even if the woman's role isn't a minor character they seem to receive less of a salary.

- Women's products cost more then men's 
- Women are seen as weak and aren't given specific jobs because of that (eg. building/construction related)
- Along with women being seen as weak, they are also seen as vulnerable leading to them being targeted more, for things like kidnap, murder, sexual abuse, domestic violence etc.
-Society shames women for not having 
-women go through harder things in life, like pregnancy...
