Evidence one - About me PowerPoint.
In this activity I wrote about who I am and where I was from and also who I lived with. This developed my communication skills because at first I was really shy to go up to the front and talk in front of the whole class about me. One thing that went well was that it made me feel more confident at speaking in front of people instead of being shy and would be very happy to do it again. I think I could improve on making
my paragraphs longer and to speak about more things to do with me.

Evidence two - Enrolment
The task was we were given a time to come into college and when we came into college we sat down and spoke to one of the members of staff that worked on the public services, we had to talk about what grades we got in school and then after that we had a little tour around the college to know where everything was so we didn't get lost. This developed my communication skills because at first I was very nervous and scared to come into college in case I said something wrong.
what went well was that they actually took me in because at first I thought I wasn't going to get into college. Something that I could improve on is that I could've asked more question about what the course was about.

Evidence three - Job interview
The task was to go for an interview in the store so they could ask me a series of questions about what grades I got in school and then they gave me a mini booklet to fill out so they know a little bit about me also they had to have my bank details sot they can pay me for my job after I filled the booklet in they had to send it off to see if I'm good enough for the job. This developed my communication skills because this was my first job interview in person and I was scared that I wasn't going to get the job. Something that went well was that I got the job and I was very happy to have the job. something I could improve on could be to talk a bit more instead of being nervous.
