Increase external communication (like ASR did during COVID) with partners that things are difficult right now- messages of support. Be real with partners. Also include in eval reports- context of this time period and what was going on- fires, cuts in funding, immigration issues, etc.

More projects could require more staff, also need to be strategic in looking at staff strengths and role assignments in relation to those strengths. Uplift the idea of deliverable based contracts.
