         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Step 3<br></strong>Choose a typical dish in your region and write the recipe<br><br></div><div><strong><em>• List of ingredients with measurements.<br></em></strong><br></div><div>1 pound of cornmeal<br><br></div><div>1 liter of sunflower oil for frying<br><br></div><div>5 units of Eggs<br><br></div><div>1 teaspoon salt<br><br></div><div>Water<br><br></div><div>1 stick of margarine<br><br></div><div><strong><em>• Process to prepare the recipe.<br></em></strong><br></div><div>First of all, we make the base dough for the arepas, then we take the corn flour for arepas to a bowl, next, take the necessary water, after that, follow the instructions on the flour package, to a pot and heat together with the margarine until it melts and mix well. Afterwards, pour the hot water over the flour and let stand for about 10 minutes.<br><br></div><div>After that knead with your hands until the dough has a firm consistency and make medium balls, next, crush the balls forming the arepas, you can do it with your hands or help yourself with a plate; then, take a deep pot over medium heat and add the liter of sunflower oil, we must bear in mind that we must add each arepa alone and when the oil is very hot, what this will do is that our arepa inflates during cooking and we must remove it from the oil.<br><br></div><div>To start with the filling, we add the egg in a bowl trying not to break the yolk, then we make an opening on the side of the already fried arepa. We introduce the egg and close with a little more dough. Then we put the arepa back in the pot with oil to finish frying and cook the egg.<br><br></div><div>Last of all, remove our Colombian egg arepas from the heat and remove excess oil with absorbent paper and serve it.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I, Agustín Flórez, studied the contents of the e-book and reviewed the contents of the modules, although I accept that it was difficult for me to participate from the first days in the forum because work did not allow me since I am a Police Officer and before the elections I participated in safety councils and other meetings to prepare for March 13 which did not allow me to work on the assignment earlier but try to upload my contributions before the deadline.<br><br></div><div>Participate in the homework forum, where I was able to learn tenses management, solve doubts about the differences between the past and the progressive past, important topics that help me to manage English on the trips I must make abroad as part of my work, enriching my knowledge as part of my personal and professional goals.<br><br></div><div>Rating: 8.5/10<br><br></div>]]></description>
