Listen and Draw
SS will strengthen listening comprehension and spatial awareness by following step-by-step verbal instructions to create a drawing on a blank page. As they hear and follow directions like “Draw a square in the middle of your paper” or “Add a triangle on top,” they will also reinforce shape recognition, positional vocabulary, and fine motor coordination. This activity supports the development of attention, direction-following, and early geometry understanding in a creative and engaging way.

Skill:

Listening comprehension

Following multi-step directions

Shape recognition and spatial orientation

Fine motor control

Materials:

Blank white paper

Pencil or marker

Show the drawing
