Exemplar (Bridge-In Reflection: Rising to Lead)

Digital Leadership Reflection:

Through these courses, I’ve strengthened my skills in clearly communicating through Slack and effectively using SBAR to structure urgent care information. My most significant gain has been understanding how real-time digital tools enhance collaboration and timely decision-making among team members.

Moving forward, I aim to use these skills to actively mentor peers, helping them confidently navigate digital platforms during high-pressure moments. Specifically, I will provide practical guidance in using secure messaging effectively and help peers adopt clear, structured communication with SBAR, ensuring we collectively improve resident care.
