         <description><![CDATA[<div>On Wednesday,we made nutellapuffs.It was a very fun experience as they tasted better than all the other food that we made.<br>Before baking,we had to set up the dough that was already made for us and get the nutella and fruits to finish the ingredient gatherings.After making the puffs,we had to put on our mittens before handling the stove.The problems we had while baking was that the puffs took more than the estimated timing-15minutes.So all me and my artner could do was wait.<br>My partner used flour so that the dough would not stick on the plastic wrap while my job was to form the puffs.<br>The nutellapuffs tasted very delicious and the texture was crunchy and tasty.<br>I think i could have improved on the part on forming&nbsp;the shape of the dough s it came out pretty bad.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>On wednesday last week , we made nutella puffs. It was very fast as we only had to put the ingredients in the prata and fold it before putting it into the oven. The challenging part was that the fruit kept on dropping out no matter how much we put it back . Another challenge was that the frozen pastry melted thus becoming super sticky. My partner and I had to work fast thus a few of our puffs were kind of disfigured . I learnt about being fast because when we took so long the pastry will melt and stick to the plastic causing more difficulty. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>On Wednesday last week,we made nutella puffs. It was quite easy as we only had to put the ingredients in the frozen prata and wrap it. The difficult part was taking the frozen prata out of the cover as the prata would melt quickly and it would stick to the cover. The other difficult part was putting the fruits into the prata as the fruits were watery and they would slide out of the prata. Operating the oven was easy as we only had to turn on the switch and set the oven to a certain temperature. After the fruit tarts were baked, they looked like cooked folded prata from the outside. The texture of the prata was crispy and the taste was nice.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>On Wednesday, we made Nutella fruit puffs. I guess that this was the easiest practical as its was so simple to make it. The steps were simple. Firstly, we had to take out two frozen pratas, then we had to cut out the pratas with the shape cutter and fill up the prata with Nutella and can fruits and shape the prata into dumpling-like shapes. After cutting and filling everything up, we had to preheat the oven. Once the oven is ready, we had to carefully put in the tray of prata filled with Nutella and can fruits. Lastly, we had to wait till the puffs turned golden brown. Then we can decorate the plate and put the puffs. I was a little disappointed that we did not make the pastry due to time constraint as I wanted to experience how it's like to roll the dough and all.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>During the practical we learns how to make fruit tarts with instant prata. Some of the challenges I faced was when we took to long to wrap the fruit tart, the instant prata had melted slightly. Thus we had problems removing the cut out piece prom the prata. And we also had no idea how to check if our fruit tarts are cooked but luckily it was, but it was also slightly burnt. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>During Wednesdays lesson , the class learnt how to make Nutella Puffs . Compared to other lessons , this was the easiest one , as instead of making our own dough we used frozen prata dough . But of course like every lesson there was a challenging part. As the dough was melting more by the second , my partner and i had to move quickly , and because the dough was melting , it was very sticky which made it hard to make the shape of the tarts and put it on the tray causing some of our tarts to look out of shape. Looking at how the dough of our Nutella Puffs rose in shape , I am quite satisfied with the outcome of our Nutella Puffs. I like how the prata dough made the puffs crispy on the outside and how the Nutella and fruits give a warm feel when biting into the puffs. If i were to make the puffs again , i think i would not take out both the frozen prata dough together and instead take it out only when i need it to it prevent it from melting too much . But in all , i really enjoyed making the Nutella puffs and will make it again when i have the opportunity .&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>On Wednesday, we made nutella puffs. we first used the prata dough  as the main pastry and we used the cutter to make the shape of the entire puff. Then, my partner,shane helped to put in the nutella and the fruits then we baked it in the oven. the challenges we faced was that the pastry melted very quickly so we had to rush and add the ingredients inside the puff.the puff appeared very crispy and and appealing that people would want to eat them. the texture was just like any other pastry that we eat usually (such as curry puff) the texture is the same. i think that this is the best fce pratical we have done as the steps were simple and straightforward. we did it so fast that we could even do a second round of the baking process. Overall, the puffs were very delicious and i would like to cook them again.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Last wednesday we made fruit tarts.<br>My partner used the instant prata to start as the base of the tart and used the cutter to make the shape of the dough.<br>After that i would place the nutella and fruit into the tart before putting them into the oven.<br>The challenges that we faced was that the instant prata melted really fast and we have to paste ourselves faster.<br>The outcome of the puffs were really satisfying despite all the difficulties we faced and the time we have for preparation.<br>This was the easiest practical that i had experienced:)))<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>During FCE Lesson on last Wednesday,we made Nutella Puffs/Fruit Tarts.My partner and I used Prata dough and put cocktails and Nutella inside after we used the cutter to cut the Prata dough.We covered the ingredients inside and make it look like a puff.My partner and I put the tarts/puffs on the baking tray before putting it inside the oven.We had to oftenly check on the tarts/puffs that they are cooking properly and that they don't get burnt or is undercooked.We overcame this by standing near the oven at all times and checking the puffs/tarts regularly.We used gloves when taking out the baking tray so that we won't burn our fingers.<br>We had to quickly cut the frozen pastry before it melts where it gets sticky and hard for us create the tarts<br>Well,in the end,the outcome is not that bad.We were able to get the tarts to be golden crispy and it tasted delicious even though some of the ruined tarts looked bad.It was crispy on the outside and was evenly cooked on the inside.<br>To be better,we should be more careful and don't put too much nutella or cocktails or else it be ruined</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>During the FCE lesson on Wednesday, Mdm Norli taught us how to make nutella tarlet. It was an enjoyable process but it was also a messy and dirty job. To make this fruit tart, we used some equipments such as the cookie cutter and an oven to bake the fruit tarts. <br><br>Some problems that we faced as that the roti prata pastry turned out really sticky and it was difficult to remove it. Another thing was that the nutella splattered out of the fruit tarts while it was in the oven.<br><br>Luckily, the outcome of the fruit tarts did not come out as bad as the previous cooking that we did. The texture of the crust is crispy however the fruits and the inside of the tart is not well cooked. <br><br>Next time when handling the roti prata pastry, i'll remember to cut it out fast or else it will turn sticky really fast.<br><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>During FCE lesson, we learnt how to make nutella puffs/fruit tarts. We used instant roti prata dough, nutella and cocktails. <br>Making sure that the dough does not become sticky was tough. We had to be fast enough to cut the dough using the cookie cutter. The dough became sticky afterwards as my partner, Eleacia and I were not fast enough and the dough stuck to our hands and we had difficulties trying to get the dough on the tray. The nutella that was supposed to be in the tart splattered out when it was done. The tarts were also a little burnt as the temperature of the oven was too high. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>During FCE lesson , we learnt how to make fruit tarts with nutella instead of making our own pastry ,we used frozen pre-made prata dough as our pastry then we used canned fruits and nutella as the filing for the tarts then we used a rounnd cutter to cut the prata dough up into circles before adding in the nutella and canned fruit filing,before we placed it into the oven, we pre-heated the oven and glanced the tarts with the juice from the canned fruits .We faced challenges like the prata dough sticking everywhere and the nutella getting all over the place but we tried our best and in the end our tarts turned out alright</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>During FCE lesson last Wednesday, my partner and I learnt to make fruit tarts which consists of roti prata dough, nutella hazelnut spread and canned mixed cocktails. The problems we faced with the dessert was that&nbsp;when we realised that putting too much nutella inside the dough was a bad idea and immediately learnt from our mistakes and controlled our amount of nutella we place. We also had to place the nutella puffs on a dish tray and apply some oil across the tray so that the nutella puffs does not stick on to the tray. While waiting for the nutella puffs to be baked in the oven, I quickly cleaned all the dishes with soap and dried them before the nutella puffs were done so that we do not waste too much time.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>During FCE lesson, we learnt how to make a fruit tarts with nutella, fruits and instant prata dough. The reason for not making our own dough was because of time and the difficulty of it. We need to use this shape cutter and press it down hard to make the shape of our nutella puff's. We need to put nutella and also canned fruits instead it as a filling to make it more delicious other than just the crust of the nutella puff only. We had to use a fork and make the shape of the nutella puff more appetising and good looking. Finally, we had to put it in the oven to let it bake until it has a golden browish color and that marks the end of the cooking session! Lastly, we had to decorate it to make it not so plain. The problem we faced was that even before we put the nutella on the butella puff, the doguh was melting already, making it hard to pull it out to put the fillings inside it</div>]]></description>
