         <description><![CDATA[<p>Sugar isn’t always bad. Our bodies need glucose, which is a type of sugar, for energy. The problem is that most people eat or drink way too much added sugar, the kind that’s put into processed foods like soft drinks, lollys and cakes. </p><p>One of the biggest risks is weight gain. Sugary foods are high in energy but don’t really keep us full, so people end up eating more. This can lead to obesity, which increases the chance of diseases like type 2 diabetes heart disease and strokes.</p>]]></description>
