         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Reflection Time/ Meditation on Trips: Intentionally fit in conversations/discussions/ share stories on trips we know we can based on timing (open up wound, be able to close it).&nbsp;<br>- Intentionally sharing with Staff/ space to openly talk/ have everyone listen and hear them (healing circle for staff)<br>- Refresh on micro-aggressions with teams (from Meg's Training)&nbsp;<br>- Sharing on Social Media Platforms<br>-&nbsp; Outings/ series specifically made for reflection (Awareness of Staffing for these, primarily POC)<br>- NCRC/ Rise Program person come to OO staff meeting/ program to help mediate and facilitate the conversation.&nbsp;<br>- Autonomy away from OO, rent/ mailing gear to families for these communities to want time away to make their own space. &nbsp;<br>- Whole Staff Check in Times: End of the week Closing Circles/ community gather as an office<br>- Mental Health Time for Staff that want it/need it.&nbsp;<br>- Continued effort to provide/ find discounts for Mental Health connection for staff&nbsp;<br>- Highlight Field Instructors, younger staff to reach out to share. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Holding the space for this conversation.&nbsp;<br>- Correcting harmful words and actions in the moment - in the field and&nbsp;<br>- OO can keep being a consistent space for folks to show up and be welcomed.<br>- Being as inclusive as possible&nbsp;<br>- Do not be silent (and if the space calls for silence, do not be passive)<br>- Communicate AND model to the youth we work with what values we hold as an organization (deeper than the 4Rs)<br>- Show vulnerability to connect to our individual 'why'&nbsp;<br>- Creating the option/choice and creating the space to have these conversations<br>- Recognizing that these conversations and actions ARE in fact 'in our lane' - it IS our work.
