In socialist states, (of course &nbsp;<br>vietnam,) the head of the state is a person of great influence so their opinion must be&nbsp;<br>considered the most important thing when decicing such national services.&nbsp;<br>On the contrary, South Korea, where we live, is democratic country. In democracy,&nbsp;citizens are allowed to pick their president for vote and the president must take care of what people want for government.</div>]]></description>
