         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Gold Seal awarded with Diploma&nbsp;<br>- Seal of Biliteracy on official transcripts&nbsp;<br>- Lapel pin<br>- Name in Graduation Bulletin&nbsp;<br>- While anyone can list that they are "Bilingual" on a resume or job application, the Seal verifies proficiency in the four domains: speaking listening, reading and writing. (Being "Bilingual" and being "Biliterate" are two very distinct things. The latter offers increased job opportunities)<br>-- Several universities in Illinois are exploring the possibility of awarding college credit for the Seal</div>]]></description>
