Black Risotto is Made with squid and squid ink, this fearsome looking dish is actually delicious. With plenty of garlic and parsley, it’s a real Mediterranean seaside treat. You can find it as a main dish and as part of seafood platters.The black color comes from cuttlefish ink and it's made with pieces of calamari. Seafood Buzara is made with the prawns and shellfish are cooked in a local blend of wines, tomato and herbs and are served with thick slices of European bread.
