1.At my job this week we are having to train my employees on our new system. We have been roleplaying what to say to the customer because many things have changed due to Covid. This role playing has helped my employees realistically be able to be more comfortable with the things they say, I hope to do this in my classes when I become a teacher this way the students will be more engaged.

2. We are having to do discussion post in our online classes where we are talking about something and also having to reply to another student about what they wrote. In one of my classes it turned into a group discussion where we all were communicating about the reading we did and all talked about one of the projects that we are all working on. This was helpful because we were able to ask questions that we had and get answers to them.

1.In one of my classes last semester I had to do a research project with a group for a review for our midterm. We all split a chapter into multiple parts and then had to present it to the class and open it for discussion for our review and answer questions.

2. In another class we did an experiment where we teamed up into pairs and we had to think of a question that we did not know the answer to. We then had to research the answer and present our findings to the class.

1. In my English class we were given homework to write an anonymous poem. The next day we were split into groups of 5 and we were told to pass our poems around and on the back of the paper we were to write one good thing and also one thing that needed improvement. This helped us realize where we could do better next time when we wrote again.

2. In my chemistry lab I had a lab partner that was really bad at science and I was not very good at the math required for the experiment. We were able to work together because I could do the science part and explain and show her what to do while she showed me the math and how to do it as well.

1. In one of my classes my first year of college they talked about the importance of role playing and how it helps someone experience what could actually happen. I use role playing a lot at my sales job with my employees to help them with pitches on how to approach some situations and this helps them significantly.

2. Writing lesson plans has helped my organize what needs to get done for the week, the day and the month. This has helped me establish short term and long term issue at work when writing schedules and addressing issues when they arise.

1. Two semesters ago I finally decided to change my major to become a teacher. This has been the best decision and I have truly enjoyed every class I have taken. I was not enjoying my previous choice of computer science and now I enjoy ever book I read and the lectures I go to.

2. I have a goal of wanting to graduate before or the same year as little my brother. This has been my goal since my brother went into college two years ago, and we are both juniors now at different colleges. I am taking full class loads and we are both on track to graduate together and I will make sure that this happens.
