Prominent male and female leaders come together at the Pacific Views Event Center aboard Marine Base Camp Pendleton, California. They were there to discuss key topics and gender equality at a womens leadership symposium. Master Sgt Diane Sharp spoke about the importance of every Marine's role in imrpoving gender equality in all aspects of the Marine Corps.
