Evidence 2  - ultimate frisbee

Question 1 - during a lesson with Kelly, we had to play ultimate frisbee by using teamwork to score goals and win against each other. We split the class into two teams, one would wear bibs and the other wouldn't. we had to pass the frisbee to each other on the same team an score goals to win. 
Question 2 - I think this went well since we all communicated and worked together to score points, we would all pass to each other so that everybody had a turn and that it was fair. We learnt each others strengths and weaknesses and adapted to them to help us win. 
Question 3 - If I was to do this again I would change teams as it seemed unfair since good players were all on one team and especially friends so not everyone got a chance to play as much as other, however it was still really fun and we used a lot of teamwork.

Evidence 3 - paper blanket

Question 1 - during this lesson with saff we had to write our names down on a piece of paper and we had to use a hole puncher and string to create a blanket with every ones. Everybody needed to have the same size paper so I stepped forward and cut everybody a same size of piece of paper and handed them out to people. 
Question 2 - I think this went well as the blanket got made and didn't fall apart, every one also had the same size paper and worked together to find out which design for the blanket would keep it all together without breaking. It also went well because everyone sat in a circle and came up with ideas about where to punch the holes and making sure every one had done it right.
Question 3 - If I was to do this again I think I would take more of a leader role so everyone had a job to do and got it done because some people didn't use the same size paper so I gave them a new one and told them that they need to start again. I would also get more people involved since some were just watching and not taking part. 

Something i could've done better was i should've been more understanding that it was busy and people also get stressed out.

Another way i have shown i am reliable is at my new job for a care company, my sister who also works there phoned in sick and due to still being at college i have set days, however i filled in for her and reported back to my managers any misunderstandings with peoples medication (for example someone was running out of medication earlier than expected and it hadn't been reported until i did so) this showed my managers that i am a loyal employee and that if they need my help i will be there, this proved to them that in times of need i am reliable.

A final way i have shown i am reliable, is during college when they were presentations that were due, even though i am scared of speaking out in public, i turned up and helped with the group. this showed my peers i was reliable and even though i don't like doing something, they can still count on me. If i was to do something differently i believe i would change the mindset i have therefore rather than just being reliable, i will also be trustworthy to do i good job.
