I think the course does a very good job of this, but it’s so important for us to be able to learn something complicated and then apply it to a real world situation.

I think some of our views on the impracticality of our classes also stems from the fact that we’re very early in our law school journey (still working through Priestly 11), the electives we take may have scope to think more practically
