🤠 How to Submit a Student IT Help Ticket:

1. Head over to swtxc.edu.

2. At the top of the page, click on “Academics.”

3. Scroll down and click on “My SWTX.”

4. Then click on “ServiceDesk Plus Support Ticket.”

5. If you aren’t already signed in, enter your SWTX email (example: johndoe@swtxc.edu).

6. You’ll be taken to the IT Helpdesk Home Page.

🎨 What You’ll See on the Helpdesk Page:

• Red, Green, and Blue Buttons:
  These help you:

  • Report a problem (Red)

  • Request something you need (Green)

  • Look up possible solutions on your own (Blue)

• My Summary:
  Check the status of any help tickets you've submitted.

• Announcements:
  See any important updates or alerts from the IT Department.

• My Assets:
  View any school-related tech or accounts linked to you — like a loaned device or your email access.

When you fill out a ticket, spell out the issue clearly so the IT wranglers can rope in a quick fix.
