         <description><![CDATA[<div>Microsoft Teams is a great product, and should definitely be included in any communication and collaboration tool for institutions. I do, however, believe that Slack has an advantage due to more experience and customized features. However, soon enough, Microsoft will win the race.</div>]]></description>
