  After the Google meeting, employees join a Zoom meeting with breakout rooms where they:

  • Enter a summary of each call in a shared Google Sheet.

3.2 Lead Management Process

• Lead Sourcing:

  • Leads are maintained in a Google Sheet containing approximately 5,000 rows.

  • Columns include: Company Title, Phone Number, Website, Contact Email, Address, and an "Assigned" column.

• Employee Assignment:

  • Each employee selects 150 rows from the master list.

  • They then call each lead individually to avoid duplication and ensure that no lead is contacted by more than one employee.

• Data Entry and CRM Integration:

  • After each call, employees write a summary in the “Notes” column.

  • By the end of the day, the call data is imported into the CRM for further follow-up and disposition management.
