         <description><![CDATA[<div>The <strong>Michigan State Capitol</strong> is the building that houses the legislative branch of the government of the U.S. state of Michigan. It is in the city of Lansing, which lies in Ingham County. The building is at the intersection of Capitol and Michigan Avenues and is a National Historic Landmark that houses the chambers and offices of the Michigan Legislature as well as the ceremonial offices of the Governor of Michigan and Lieutenant Governor. Historically, this is the third building to house the Michigan government.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Copper Harbor </strong>is a small all-season tourist village in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It is located at the northern tip of the Keweenaw Peninsula in Keweenaw County and was originally Native Ojibwe tribal land. Copper Harbor is also the northernmost point of mainland Michigan, with a population of only 108 people! During the mid 1800's, the land was used in many copper mining operations, and the Harbor surrounding Lake Superior was the most effective way to transport the copper by ship.&nbsp;Today, Copper Harbor is a tourist destination, with all-season activities including kayaking, hiking, and snowmobiling</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Mackinac Bridge is a suspension bridge spanning the Straits of Mackinac, connecting the Upper and Lower peninsulas of the U.S. state of Michigan. Opened in 1957, the 26,372-foot-long (4.995 mi) bridge, known as Big Mac or Mighty Mac, is the world's 26th-longest main span and the longest suspension bridge between anchorages in the Western Hemisphere. The bridge connects the northern city of St. Ignace with the southern city Mackinaw City. Originally envisioned in the 1880's, it is part of the Interstate 75 (I-75) and a segment of the U.S. North Country National Scenic Trail. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Traverse City is a northern Michigan City in the United States. It is the largest city in the 21-county Northern Michigan region. The population was 15,678 at the 2020 census. The Traverse City area is the largest producer of tart cherries in the United States, as of 2010.&nbsp;Near the time of cherry harvest, the city hosts the annual week-long National Cherry Festival in the first full week of July, attracting approximately 500,000 visitors annually. The surrounding countryside also produces grapes and is one of the centers of wine production in the Midwest. Tourism, both summer, and winter is another key industry. The Traverse City area features varied natural attractions, including freshwater beaches, vineyards, a National Lakeshore, downhill skiing areas, and numerous forests.</div>]]></description>
