In this step we determined that at the stand we would be selling the 6 issues of Notebook, having a cultural talk with special guests and giving a special trial promo.

3. Define how will look the stand / Define how the stand will look like

In this step we talked with a design studio so they can(could) present us a proposal about how will look the stand (about how the stand will look like). Then we sent the proposal to the marketing director of Latam for her approval.

4. Define the topic of the cultural talk

At Filbo we have the chance to host a cultural talk about cinema. So we contacted 3 guests that are related with cinema and literature.
