Out of all the topics, I perceive Astronomy to be the most interesting and fascinating. Albeit, I deem Astronomy to be the most interesting out of all the topics, all of the topics are interesting. That is the basis why each and every one of them are essential to be analyzed and comprehended. Now, I am going to tell what I have learned in this quarter. There are three layers of the Earth: the crust, the mantle, and the core; each of them has a different composition, size, temperature, etc. Moreover, due to the pressure that builds up on the layers of the Earth, earthquakes happen daily; its strength ranges from very weak to very strong. Whilst, on the ocean, there are typhoons that always form; these typhoons have always hit us because we are a group of islands in the ocean where the typhoon formed itself. Earlier, I talked about the ground and the ocean, now, we will go to the outer space, where Astronomy lies. Currently, I have learned that in our Solar System, there  are comets, asteroids, and meteors, all of these has a chance to hit us and there are still a lot, we do not yet know.

Science describes the nature of every object, phenomenon, etc. This is why, Science is always applicable in life. However, our topics about earthquakes and typhoons specifically help us regarding preparedness towards disasters. In our topic about earthquake, we have been taught what to do before, during, and after an earthquake. The lessons that have been taught to us would be incredibly useful in case of an earthquake. Not only we have been taught the proper procedure before, during, and after an earthquake, but also how the strength of an earthquake is measured. Specifically, the strength of an earthquake is measured by magnitude. Meanwhile, the effect of the earthquake towards people is measured by intensity.  Just like in the topic about earthquake, I have also  learned likewise in the topic about typhoon. Disaster preparedness lesson is one of the most important lesson in life; with only the mere listening of a person in the lesson, he/she could save lives.

I think that this quarter has been much elaborate. I have definitely loved the fixed schedule every week system. The system was immensely organized to the point that I have not been able to miss a single activity. Although, I missed the activities for Week 1 due to being naivete, I have been consistent with my submissions on the following weeks. For our topics in this quarter, I think it was sufficient, however, I would love if there was more lessons regarding Astronomy. As for the way of teaching, I suppose it was well. It is straightforward, clear, and there was no overtime that exceeds the 8 AM mark. I hope that this system would be implemented all-throughout the school year. Thank you.
