I know that i can use "be able to" when there is no form of "can"  in future, present perfect, gerund...
Sometime i also use "be able to" in the  present and past
2. how to use have to, must , should.
- 'have to' and 'must' usually used to talk about  obligation or something necessary
+have to is a normal verb and it exits in all tenses and form
+must is a modal verb and only use in the present
- Don't have to/ don't need to use in optional
-Can’t / Mustn’t use when prohibition

Now I'm 19 years old and that dream haven't came true yet. However, if I have time I'll able to join in a class of computer building to make my dream come true.

As for myself, I learn new vocabulary and understand them so fast but my problem is I can't remember them for long time. Just about 2 or 3 days  after I will forget all about them. 
On the other hand, I think my voice is not good   for pronounce English so that I need help to improve my pronunciation
