If it's not coming from the coordinator, though, they are unlikely to respond. I think we should start with all supervisors and coordinators' awareness and feeling of belonging.

Searchable website similar to what Mary Scholl showed up, where lesson plans can easily be found or recommendations for inclusion can be found based on standards. Have qualified teachers create lesson plans that are useful and realistic with minimal prep/resources. Create a social media channel for sharing quality lessons or teaching tips using the website. Allow teachers to share their own success stories.
