This is further proven through the quote, ''one of the officers said "you're f---ing worked up", the court heard''', Hence, Ms Parker stated police officer should not arrest an offender for using offensive language that is particularly direct ''only at police''. Additionally Ms Park mentioned, in this case, police are making unnecessary arrests for offensive language.

Neither trooper said why they stopped Ramos, according to the suit, which alleges the stop was the result of racial profiling because Ramos is Hispanic and was driving a car with New York plates. A Police Officer from the U.S was caught by his fellow officers driving down the wrong side of the road, David Raymer was not only off duty but presumed intoxicated but as he was pulled over by some "friends" he was let "off the hook" CBS Detroit (2017). As he was off duty, there was no real REASON (one of the safeguards discussed this week) for him to carry out such a reckless action, unless he was on a highway high speed pursuit.

Rosi, the woman who was arrested while naked, had tried to file a lawsuit however officer Rose had retired before the investigation ended and the second officer called his supervisor after the incident which allowed him not to be charged of wrong doing.
