This is further proven through the quote, ''one of the officers said "you're f---ing worked up", the court heard''', Hence, Ms Parker stated police officer should not arrest an offender for using offensive language that is particularly direct ''only at police''. Additionally Ms Park mentioned, in this case, police are making&nbsp; unnecessary arrests for offensive language. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Arrested and served 5 months jail for driving while under the influence of drugs, however no evidence to support.&nbsp; Neither trooper said why they stopped Ramos, according to the suit, which alleges the stop was the result of racial profiling because Ramos is Hispanic and was driving a car with New York plates.&nbsp; Summa said he smelled alcohol and Ramos replied that he had not been drinking, the suit says.          <description><![CDATA[<div>A Police Officer from the U.S was caught by his fellow officers driving down the wrong side of the road, David Raymer was not only off duty but presumed intoxicated but as he was pulled over by some "friends" he was let "off the hook"&nbsp; CBS Detroit (2017).          <description><![CDATA[<div>Officers in Arizona USA had entered a woman's house WITHOUT a warrant and had used excessive force when arresting a NAKED woman. Rosi, the woman who was arrested while naked, had tried to file a lawsuit however officer Rose had retired before the investigation ended and the second officer called his supervisor after the incident which allowed him not to be charged of wrong doing.
