IO GI: Narcissism / NPD People in a community 😮

While looking for a non-lit source for the IO, I came across an article talking about NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder) in the workplace and how narcissistic people can seriously affect work efficiency and the work environment.

This reminded me of Oedipus, who has a very arrogant and proud personality, very much like the article's descriptions of NPD. So, after reading through the article and finding aspects where I could make connections, I decided to use it as my non-lit and to use "NPD + Communities" as a global issue.
