• Different communication style may cost communication difficulty.
• They might be misunderstanding between each generations.

•  Leaders of Facebook should make a concerted effort to communicate with their colleagues in the ways each person prefers.
•  Bringing staff members of different generations together for face-to-face team-building exercises and ice breakers  

1. Diverse Employees 

• In order to motivate a workforce with such a variety of differences
• employ various different incentives to meet the needs of employees
  • differences such as the diversity of the people in the organization e.g. gender, race, age, background, education and more
  • in depth examples such as
    • male employees should be given more independence and freedom
    • female employees should have more flexible working hours and greater interpersonal relationships

2. Professionals 

• In order to update the knowledge and expertise of the professionals in the workforce. Motivation is needed.
  • provide higher challenge jobs to create a sense of achievement for them
  • provide them recognition to other employees to be aware that they are working on important tasks.
  • Facebook should make sure that employee's needs are met so that they remain motivated

3. Contingent Workers

• Contigent Workers are not permanent employees and are only temporary or contract based employees.
• Receive little to no fringe benefits and do not have the job security or stability.

• Wouldn't be focusing too much on work

• Lack of sleep, so it will decrease the efficiency of their work

• Facebook should allow every workers to work with the work style they preferred.
• Younger workers’ enthusiasm for trying new things could be used to encourage a culture of innovation.
• Older workers can leverage their experience to help millennials understand some of the costs and risks associated with their ideas.
