         <description><![CDATA[<pre><code>This research showed that the amount of bacteria that stuck to the soil in 30 seconds was much greater than that of food that was picked up immediately.

Anthony Hilton in 1941, the microbiology professor who was in charge of coordinating this experiment for his students, clarifies:

"Consumption of food dropped on the ground always has a risk of infection, which largely depends on the amount of bacteria present on the ground at the time it fell," the research concluded.</code></pre>]]></description>
