It encourages people to speak up, seek help, and support others who may be struggling. This month matters because it can lead to healthier choices and even save lives.</p></li><li><p>Someone dealing with alcohol addiction might drink more than they planned or find it hard to stop. They could keep drinking even when it causes problems at school or work. Other signs include strong cravings, needing to drink more to feel the same effects, or feeling sick without alcohol.</p></li><li><p>You can raise awareness by posting facts or personal messages on social media to help educate others. Even a small post can make someone feel less alone or encourage them to get help. </p></li></ol>]]></description>

Other signs are losing interest in activities, missing work or school, and continuing to drink.</p></li><li><p>One good way to raise awareness of alcohol awareness month is to share helpful information on social media or in my school, or community.
