if they smelt hygienic it would make me more comfortable with them being in my personal space.
with good personal hygiene you are more likely to go back to that said salon.

if they greeted me with a smile it would make to experience less daunting.
if smiling while doing the service it would make u feel more relaxed and confident in them to do it .

so good tone of voice while having to deal with complaint would be like your listening to the complaint.
not using so much jarging and big words will let the client understand more of what you are sayin.
so good tone would let the client no that the stylist is more alert and less likely to make mistakes or cause a health risk.
