How are you? My holiday was brylliant and fun but also bad. i spend a lot of time with my friends in first month of holidays. We went practically every day to Bolko's lake. We rode bikes there and sunbathed all day. Few times a week in the evenings we went to eat something good in the city. Second part of holidays was boring. I worked in social welfare Home for veterans. I played with them chess, and we went for walks. In lunch break I and Friend from work went to orchart to eat plums and cherries. In the afternoons I went to the gym, it relaxed me. At the end of this holidays I with my friends doing bonfire. We cooked sousages and how it got dark we watched the stars. I think this holiday was successfull. The best moment of holidays was day in when my parents tell me that they will do renovation my room. Yesterday I end bought additives and I am waiteing on desk lamp. I can't wait to see us again in our lesson. And how was your holidays, I hope good.

How are you? I'm fine.
I want to tell you about my holidays. In July I went to the Baltic sea with my parents and brother.
I spent very active and amazing time. I was on vacation for two weeks. I swam in the sea, but water was very cold. We had beautiful weather, it was very hot and sunny. I visited a lot of interesting places. After come back rest of holidays I spent in Opole. I was playing a lot of football matches. In my free time I went to the parties or went outside with my friends. A lot of free time I spent at the bathing beach ,,Bolko", because it was very hot. In August I had my seventeenth birthday and I organized party for my friends. I had a party in my house in the garden.
I had been various clubs a few times. The best party was in Magnes Club in Wtórek. This was the party from 21 to 7 in the morning. They were my favourite DJ's and the fun was great. In the free afternoons I was sitting in the park next to my house. I was meeting there with my friends. Sometimes we were going to ,,Orlik" and were playing matches.
I spent a lot of nice moments on my holiday. In my opinion this vacation was interesting.

How are you?
We are writing to you to tell you about our holidays. Our holidays were very beautiful, because we were in Spain. The journey was very tiring and long. The trip lasted 30 hours. We visited Barcelona and many other interesting places. We saw the church Sagrada Familia, Barcelona's market, La Rambla and Salvador Dali museum. We tested tradicional Spanish dishes they were very delicious. The weather was very sunny and it was hot, so we sunbathed and spent a lot of time out doors. Every day we admired sunset. We took many pictures. We drank too much and we had fun. We were there for 10 days.After returning from Spain, we worked and partied. Unfortunately the holidays are over and we are back at school. We can't wait to see you soon.

how are you? We hope you are doing well. We are writing to you to describe our holidays. In the summer we were on the Polish sea in Ustronie Morskie. We were at the Natalia's family for 7 days. It was amazing! Every day we went to the beach and ate too much ice-cream. Some day we drove to Kolobrzeg. This is really a beautiful city, and is a big pier. At the end of pier is a restaurant where we ate dinner. The weather was really great. When it came to our tanning it was bad.We were on the beach too long and we got burned by the sun. We had to go to the pharmacy to get some medicine. Fortunately everything ended okay. On the last day we went to the beach to watch sunset, there were many people. We spent great time there. We heard about your trip to UK, write to us more about this.

How are you?
I'm writing to you because i wanted tell you how my holiday was over.
I spent two weeks this vacation in Greece.
The flight lasted 3 hours and when I left the plane it was 4 a.m.
It was 30 degrees in the morning and I felt like melted butter.
First day I spent on the sandy beach, sundbathing and swimming but at 15 o'clock the sun was very burning and I had to go back on the hotel.
Every day in Greece when I woke up I went in balcony and admired the views.
From it I saw mountains, the sea
and many Greek white houses.
It was wonderful.
On the fifth day I visited Knossos palace -Knossos is the town on the Greek Island of Crete.
It was very intresting day, I saw ruins

Dear Jack,
What was your color of the summer ? In the last days weather in USA was bad. What about your family? Do they be fine?
We are writing to you to tell you about summer in our birthplace city. During 2 months school break we spent time in home or outdoors and in our beautiful city. We were smiled every time when we looked to warm sun on an orange, yellow, pink, peach or sometimes lavender sky. Every day was different, because if you know any other day isn't same. The weather was miscellaneous. Sometimes it was sunny and dry for all weekend and suddenly on the next day something was wrong and it rained all day. In august there were 2 big or small events in Opole - green(ecology) festival on ZWM and on the last week Wakacyjna trasa dwójki near Karolinka in CWK. We listened to our favourite songs when we were bored and also we were meeting with our friend when we needed charge our force. We ate other food than sandwiches which was yummy and good for an example Silesian dinner - potatoes, meat, salad. We took a rest from the school. We needed it. We focused to prepare our minds to a new hard school year.
So now we are back to school again... Time passes too fast.
We hope you are doing well. Maybe you tell us what was happening in your life recently?

We were in Sopot. We travelled there all night. We were exhausted. The weather was brilliant. It was very hot and cloudless most days, so we spent most of the time sunbathing on the beach. We also swam in the sea which was cool and pleasant. We saw shells and ships. We visited the pier and Monte Cassino street where we ate a lot of delicious dishes that we had stomachache. We stayed in a great hotel not far away from the sea. We visited the lighthouse, the Sierakowski Manor House, Forest Opera, Museum of Sopot as well as many other things.

How are u ? I hope u are good , I’m writing to u because I want to tell u about my summer.
This summer i spent in Poland in my city, Niemodlin.
I worked in the pizzeria in Niemodlin for one month . I earned a lot of money because I wanted to go to KRAKÓW LIVE FESTIWAL (KLF).
When I was there I listened to Post Malone, Calvin Harris, Dj Snake, Ski mask the slump god, Macklemore and few other Polish artists. While having fun there I met some new friends .
When I returned back home I was so sad I had no will to live and then i appreciated the magic of music festivals .
The rest of holidays i spent with my friends in Niemodlin.
In my opinion this holidays was not very interesting.
I hope that the next ones will be better , tell me something about yours holidays Jack,

I writing to you because I want to tell you about my holidays.
I mainly spent this time in Opole. In July I flew to Canary Island with my parents. There I was swimming in the swimming pool or in the sea.
The weather was great, it was very hot and sunny there. I saw a lot of beautiful places and monuments. The rest of my free time I spent in Opole with my friends.
A lot of my free time I spent on lake ,,Bolko'', because the weather was great, it was very warm. On Bolko I sunbathed all day and swam. In the evenings I went to the city market with my friends. On holidays often I went to party to clubs or to my friends. I was in ,, The Festival of Water and Fire" in Nysa. I went there with my friends, I swam in lake and I slept there and next day I came back to Opole. In August I went to seventeenth birthday party to Dawid. It was the great time.
In my opinion this vacation was very interesting and I spent amazing time with my friends.

I spent my holidays in Poland, Austria and Croatia, I went to Croatia in August. I swam and sunbathed. I visited so many city like Makarska, Brela ect. . In my opinion this is a very nice country. When I was coming back to Poland I stayed in Wien . It is a very nice capital. I spent 2 days there. Before traveling abroad, I was in Warsaw. This city is very nice too. I watch a fantastic concert, the name of the band is "Bon Jovi".

Rest of the time I was in Opole. Summarizing my holidays were great .

The first step is addressing your reader. But how do you address someone in English?

Examples of Opening Sentences

Finally, you've reached the part of the letter where you begin to write. Here, let your imagination run free. If you need some ideas to get started, some sample opening sentences are included below. Body

The contents of your letter should be written in a personal and friendly tone. However, it's important to adjust your use of language to the person you are writing to. A good way of assessing how you should write is to think about how you would interact with the person you are writing to in real life. Also, keep in mind that the people of England and America are fond of exchanging social niceties.

For example, they like asking a few polite questions "How are you?" or "How was your holiday?" In general, they are not as direct as most Europeans.

Subjects to Include in the Body

State your reason for writing
Expand on what you mentioned in the first paragraph
Ask about the person you are writing to
Make some concluding remarks
Invite the person to write back

Closing

The closing is where you summarize your letter and say goodbye to the reader. The examples below offer some ideas of what to write in the closing section of your informal letter.

I and my friends were meeting at the place, in our town. We met us almost every day. We were talking, laughing and had fun. We often rided a bike or skated rollers. Sometimes we organized a little party (which never killed nobody) :). We were also at the lake, we swam and had a picnic there. I had a few pyjamas party with my best friend too. I recall this moments with them very nice.
Otherwise I was with my family in the mountains Bieszczady. We was there a one week. We spent a lot of time together, it was great, because it don't happened often. We walked a lot and visited the area of Solina, it's a beautiful place. I ate there the best pizza that I ate.
