Explain the task- In my job I work in a team of about 30 and its important to work in a team.
How did I develop this skill?- I develop this skill by consistently going to work and interacting with people.
what went well?- I adapted quickly to a new team and people.
What could I improve? I could improve by being more focussed because sometimes I lose concentration. 

Evidence 2- Football team
Explain the task- I play in a successful team with around 20 other people that need to be constantly working in a team.
How did I develop this skill?- I developed this skill by working in a team for 12 years every week.
what went well?- I've never fallen out with someone we work things out for the best solution. 
What could I improve? Be louder sometimes when i have an idea about something.

Evidence 3- working in a team to for an assignment
Explain the task- I worked with another person to create a PowerPoint about security.
How did I develop this skill?- I developed this skill by communicating with my team mate
what went well?- we finished it on time and it was completed to the best grade.
What could I improve? I could improve the communication between each other to know what each other is doing before we start.

1-Explain the task- My attendance is good but it can improve for the rest of the year.
2-How did this develop your motivational skills? It motivated me to come in and get the best grades to go to university.
3- What went well? I've got good attendance which corelates to the grades that I'm getting.
4- What could you improve? Sometimes I don't have the motivation to come in which I need to improve.

Evidence 2- Getting into University 
1-Explain the task- At the start of the year I needed to apply for UCAS then do my personal statement. I've also had to go out and explore which university is best for me.
2-How did this develop your motivational skills? This motivated me to get the best grades so I'm accepted on to the course.
