Why would Anne say “burglars again” the context with it makes it seem like she’s saying it so casual. Like a burglar is not good and especially sense they are in hiding. What if the burglars had found them would she have just been sooo calm like nothing was happening.

Anne said “ my longing to talk to someone became so intense.” I make a connection with this because before my brother got a girlfriend I felt like I had no one to talk to and I felt the need to talk to someone but then when I met my brother’s girlfriend we clicked and now I can tell her anything and everything.

Anne says “ I feel utterly confused, don’t know what to read, what to write, what todo, I only know I am longing…!” I make a connection because I get like this when I don’t understand math class like Mrs. Carden is a great teacher but sometimes she teaches to fast and then I don’t understand what I’m doing. And then I’m ready to leave her class the whole time.

Anne asks Peter if they can still be pals. I think this is absolutely outrageous because her and Peter just kissed and now she just wants to be “pals” like me personally a kiss means your dating and I have not had my first kiss so she’s lucky and needs to take advantage of it but not crazy advantage.
