         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. plan out lessons - estimate the times of each section <br>2. make time for parts that students will struggle on <br>3. Have an assistant teacher in the classroom<br>4. Work in small groups and travel from group to group to answer questions in smaller groups<br>5. Co-teaching and teaming in the classroom<br>6. Leave time at the end of lesson for students to ask questions<br>7. Have students work in small groups rotating to different activities/stations - make one station/group working with you.<br>8. Create an effective transition routine to limit time transitioning students between activities. <br>9. Have an option at recess for student to work on class work <br>10. Let parents know that you are available to work with students one-on-one if they need extra instruction in certain areas. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. find technology that students know how to use and are interested in <br>2. Ipads are fun! Find apps that are fun and still relate to the lesson <br>3. Create your materials for your activity.<br>4. Know how to use your technology because not knowing takes time.<br>5. Take time to play with the technology yourself<br>6. Listen to student feedback...it can really help build up what they like<br>7. Research what is hot right now in technology and see if anything from your research can be pulled into the classroom<br>8. Know your students so you know what interests them the most.<br>9. Have the students take a like/dislike survey to get to know them<br>10. Have a technology day or interest day where students bring in their own materials to share with the class</div>]]></description>
