I thought it was interesting that CHAT was originally a developmental psych tool! (as a psych major in a development class it was quite interesting to think about its applications!)

Everything is made in context and as readers we bring our own context when consuming a piece of media. By using CHAT I think it becomes easier to empathise with the creator and truly understand a piece by understanding its contexts as well. With current media I think this can be especially helpful to figure out hidden motives behind media.
